  • "Service" refers to the Polli app and any affiliated websites.

  • "Terms of Service" ("Terms") refers to this agreement.

  • "Third-party Social Media Service" means any services or content provided by third-parties through the Service.

  • "Website" refers to the Polli website http://anapps.biz/polli

  • "Subscription" means a recurring paid plan that grants access to premium features of the Service.

  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a binding agreement between you and AnApps LLC. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Our Service is available to all users, including those under age 13 with verified parental consent. By using the Service, you affirm that you are of legal age or have appropriate permission as required by law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it before continuing.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any actions taken under your account.

You may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or obtain additional free access is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

Do not use another person or entity's name without permission. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions

Web Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the website are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Subscription plans include weekly, monthly, and yearly options.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account's Manage Subscription page.

Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to PRO features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until the next renewal period.

Free Trials

Some subscription plans include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

Content

Your Right to Post Content

You may post content to the Service. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with operating the Service.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion and may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

Content Backups

We do not guarantee the preservation of your content. You are responsible for backing up your data.

User-Imported Content

  • Content imported by users is stored privately per-user for language learning purposes.

  • Imported content is not shared with other users or made publicly accessible.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to import content for personal study.

  • Polli processes imported text through its annotation pipeline (tokenization, morphological analysis, AI-powered grammar tagging) for language learning purposes only.

  • Polli does not redistribute, publicly display, or share imported content.

  • If you are a rights holder and believe your content has been imported without authorization, please contact us to request removal.

Copyright Policy

Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated agent: [email protected]

  • Your contact info

  • Description of the work

  • Location of the infringing material

  • Statement of good faith belief

  • Statement under penalty of perjury

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of AnApps LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights in any Feedback you provide. If assignment isn’t possible, you grant us a perpetual license to use it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account by ceasing use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Service is provided as-is and without warranties. We do not guarantee it will meet your needs or be error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.

Disputes Resolution

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
